Hello

As an IJNT personality type I am a person who leads with analysis, discipline, and a relentless drive to improve. My core values are self-discipline, never being satisfied, and empathy that moves me to help serve others and motivates my drive to be able to be a leader at my most effective self. My mission is to build pathways and provide opportunities for underprivileged youth and adults and individuals who feel lost and need guidance to see and fulfill their potential by expanding their access to mentorship, education, and other resources. I will model resilience and consistency so that others will see that results come from daily work and drive, not luck. I will leverage my knowledge, skills, network, and tools to design simple systems that significantly increase opportunity for said individuals. I will measure my success as a leader through the confidence, competence, independence, and freedom that the individuals I support gain, not by my titles. Through quiet, focused leadership, I aim to leave every person who is in need of a leader to be in a place where they are stronger than when I found them.
